Sentinel
Live telemetry from a self-hosted environment. Two hosts publish readings every ten seconds into Kafka, a sink writes them into HDFS partitioned by day, and this page reads from that archive. Single-node deployment. Built by Pesanth Janaseth.
Hosts appear under stable aliases, and machine-identifying detail (mount
points, capacities, process counts, exact uptime) is withheld from this
view. Monitoring a small number of personally owned machines in public is a
privacy question before it is an engineering one, so the projection is
applied once, to the document both this page and
/api/status are rendered from.
The archive host is not answering, so this is the last document it produced (3841312s ago). Card ages keep counting, so nothing below is being presented as current. This page runs on a separate always-on host and reads the archive across a private network, which is why it is still here to say so.
